Large-scale, remodels, renovations, additions and new construction

This historic Craftsman needed to be enlarged and updated to accommodate a growing family. We added a second story and reconfigured the interior to meet their modern lifestyle. We found a way to meet the needs of the family while navigating the constraints of the Historic District Commission's strict, height guidelines for this neighborhood. We corrected the historic flaws of an old addition while adding a second floor. This allowed us to satisfy the needs of the clients and uphold historic appropriateness.
