Homeowners in Historic Dilworth needed a place to store outdoor toys as well as a workbench for their own creativity. Since they were lacking a traditional outdoor garage, we designed and built a Gatehouse to meet their needs and give a transition from where they park in the alley to their backyard. Designed to complement the existing home, this Gatehouse is complete with lighting, storage, workbench and an EV charging port. Building a new brick back porch and grilling station completed the project.
