Before we came on board, this home had unused, lower-patio space. It was a concrete slab that was several steps down from the rest of the house. The clients wanted to connect to the outdoors without having to walk downstairs to grill. We were able to create an attractive, convenient living space for them to gather and eat, with a bonus storage area underneath. We installed the Eze Breeze window system that can be screened or closed to keep bugs, rain and pollen out.
