Large-scale, remodels, renovations, additions and new construction

This renovation of a 1950s, single-story rancher was a 2022 NARI Award winner! To transform this home, we added a second floor to incorporate a new primary bedroom and an additional bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We added a laundry room and a new staircase on the first floor, where there was an existing bedroom. We created a compelling elevation that makes it hard to tell that this was originally a 50s ranch-style home.
